STEPH J WELLER

Steph J Weller is a creative producer, working in theatre and festivals. She leads PlayWell's artist development & support stream, nurturing long-running relationships with a small number of artists, allowing them to play creatively as they build towards delivery of a full-scale production.

Steph is the producer for Reading Rep and the annual Reading Fringe Festival. She is on the Board of Ironclad Creative, a not-for-profit cultural organisation providing training, networking and commissioning for artists on low-incomes, those from backgrounds of socio-economic disadvantage or those who identify as disadvantaged.

Steph is an Old Vic 12 producer, and holds a Stage One bursary for commercial producers.

VICKY BERRY

Vicky Berry is a freelance theatre professional. After an extensive career in stage management, she has moved into participatory arts practice. Vicky works industry-wide advocating for embedded accessibility, and supporting projects with a focus on access and inclusion, and promoting pathways into the industry. She is a trained theatre captioner.
